Friday

Be pleased, O LORD, to deliver me: O LORD, make haste to help me.

The vast majority of people allow God to help them only when they think they deserve it. This type of mentality does not produce an attitude of gratitude and thanks. If we believe that we deserve what we receive, then it is no longer a gift but a due, or “payment for service”. The difference between receiving what we do not deserve and receiving what we deserve is the difference between grace and works. Â “Let God do you a favor and stop trying to deserve his help.”

I encourage you to open your heart and allow the grace of God to come into your life to help you in your daily walk. Always remember that frustration indicates that you live by your own efforts and that you need to return to God’s grace by allowing him to act in you. Let God do you a favor and stop trying to deserve his help. Let him provide for all your needs.

Thursday

Be positive or be quiet

Everyone one of us has promised that we stand on,things that we are believing for but sometimes we don’t see with the time nothing changes.The mistake we make too often is that we start talking ourselves out of it.We do not realize that our words is what is keeping the promise to pass.You cannot talk defeat and expect to have victory.The moment you speak something out,you are giving life to what you are saying either good or bad that is what allowing it to become a reality. Negative thoughts come to every person.You can’t stop the thought to come in but the key is not to verbalize it.If you are not going to say something good about yourself and your future just zip it up. Proverb 6:2 says « You are snared by the words of your mouth;

You are taken by the words of your mouth. »

You can keep yourself out of your God good promises by your negative words. This is what almost happened to Jeremiah in the Bible.God told him that he would be a prophet to the nations and when he heard this he was very young and unsure of himself and told God I can’t do that.God said « Jeremiah say not you are too young ».God said that to stop his negative words because if he went around and say those things,these would become his reality.So become positive and even if you are in your darkest time don’t say anything bad,it is much better to zip it up.

New season of increase

Sometime in life you get so much you to a way of doing things that you don’t want to change and even believe things can change and that causes to expect anything,or giving you the desire to grow.You may have thought that you have reached your limits and that we will never accomplish our goals or accomplish your goal.Don’t ever believe those lies because God is a god of the increase,not decrease.He never wants us to go backward,only forward.It is true that Job Said “The lord Gives and the lord takes away” still when it was all said and done,Job held on to his faith and ended up with twice what he had before.God wants to bring you out better than you were before.God said he would make your enemies your footstools.I enterrer that to mean that God will use the obstacles in your path,the struggling blocks that would hold you back,as steppingstone instead.The only problem to that is our mind,our God is not limited by everything happening in the world,he is only limited by our mind.We serve a supernatural God who stands above every natural things.

Raise up today acknowledging that the lord has great thing in store for us to come.

When we go to the doctor he often asks us questions for the family medical historic.They know that can be pass down from generation to generation and in the same way we can pass down the same amount of junk unless we stand up and rise up.

Some people says “that is how my family is,we are always bitter,negativity and angry” but that is not God’s perfect plan because you can stop living under the curse and living under the blessing.The problem is that if we stay passive and accept it all we can do is to pass it to the next generation and what a shame to reproduce that when you can be the one to stop it.The bible says “they overcame him by the blood of the lamb and by the word of their testimonies”,that tells me we need to stop talk differently,stop saying the negative and declare all the good God promises.The book of Deuteronomy 30:19 tells “I set before you life and death,blessing and cursing:therefore choose life,so that you and your descendant May live”.Notice that the choices we make does not only affect us but also our descendants.We May say “I am dealing with alcohol alone or I am dealing with sex alone” that’s not true you are passing the same struggle to the next generation.Therefore choose the right thing to do,Choose to love a life of helping others of being a blessing,a life of integrity,a positive outlook,to rise out of mediocrity…etc and you will pass it to the next generations and above and the good thing is that the Bible tells us in exodus 20:6 “God shows mercy unto thousands of them that love him and keep his commandments”.

Don’t be ashamed of yourself and start today to rise up and live right or continue to live right for WE NEED TO LEARN TO THINK GENERATIONAL.

What do they say about you?

It would be nice if everyone could say of us: “Wow! when I hear about you, it is nothing but happiness! you cannot know how the love you give me makes me happy! your life, your testimony, your language, your hospitality are a subject of praise to make Jesus known in all his magnificence!”

Don’t you think that’s a nice concrete definition of what Christian life should be?

If you rely on the Jesus model, that’s what you’ll get.
